Responsibilities:
- To establish, coordinate, implement and maintain the high-quality document management system
- To work on all the activities engaged in Engineering Department, which including establishment of procedure, internal and external audit of management system, new products development and introduction in related processes, engineering experiments, etc.
- To manage and safeguard all flows of documents and records either in electronic form or on paper support to internal parties or external parties.
- Provide motivation, training and comprehensive communication to all the staff in the organization regularly to enhance the understanding and awareness of the procedure.
- To review and approve for use the drafted documents

- To carry out periodic audit on individual departments’ record control
- To liaise with external parties pertaining document control issue

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree
- Ability to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities
- PO Management: Process and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately based on internal requisitions.
- Supply Chain Monitoring: Track order status and coordinate with the warehouse/store team to ensure timely and correct Receiving.
- Supplier Performance: Evaluate and monitor vendor performance (delivery lead time, quality, and pricing). Conduct periodic supplier audits or reviews.
- Sourcing: Research and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
- Reporting: Prepare a monthly Summary of Procurement Activities, highlighting spending trends, savings, and pending deliveries.
- Manage Expense Accounting. This includes overseeing the full Accounts Payable cycle, ensuring all business expenses are categorized correctly in the General Ledger, and verifying that every claim or invoice aligns with company policy.
- Expense Tracking: Record and categorize all company expense activities
- Internal Purchasing: Manage and record procurement for internal requirements
- Compliance: Ensure all financial documents comply with SST requirements and internal e-invoicing standards.
- General & Administrative: To perform and ad hoc tasks when required and undertake any other duties as may be prescribed by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong understanding of Procurement & financial principles and procedures.
- Responsible and able to work independently, fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities
- Implement and achieve the objective(s), goals and targets in the organization.
- To do basic operation in all processes follow instruction and specification.
- To achieve or exceed the given target in the basic operation.
- Always comply with the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Comply with all the organization’s rules, regulations, safety rules and code of conduct.
- Always practise 5S in the factory.
- Report to QC (direct superior) or higher level on the job status or result that is assigned.
- Any other jobs as relevant will be assigned from time to time by his / her superiors.
Requirement
- Minimum PMR level or its equivalent, otherwise 2 years of working experience in relevant field is required.
- If the education or working experience doesn’t fulfill the basic requirement, any relevant training with evidence is deem acceptable.
